Emily is the CEO & Founder of the Marchese Team and Marchese Real Estate. Emily has received some of the highest honors awarded in the industry such as, KW's Triple Platinum, America's Top 100 Agents, Real Trends The Thousand, NJ's Circle of Excellence Platinum Award, and KW Cultural Icon. Emily has been dominating the real estate industry since the young age of 25. She has sold over 2000 homes in her career and specializes in Advanced Negotiation Tactics that will yield the highest price in the shortest amount of time when it comes to selling your property. There is no house too big or small that Emily and her team can’t sell. She represents all forms of real estate from Luxury Waterfront homes to Small Bungalows and everything in between. In 2013, Emily founded the Marchese Team. The mission of her company is to inspire and assist her Partner Agents to build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving. The Marchese Team strives to be the #1 real estate team of choice for agents and their clients from Philadelphia through South Jersey and the Jersey Shore. Pat, brings the fire of North Jersey/New York to the Team. Whether you need a condo, Waterfront Mansion, or beach bungalow, Pat has you covered. She is an expert in the market inventory! No one knows what's available more than Pat. She studies the market like its nobody's business and therefore is an expert in the field. Pat loves to also go the extra mile always. She will make sure you find the perfect house and that you get a good deal too! She prides herself on executing her Client's needs like they are her own. She will work tirelessly for the perfect dream home or for the perfect client to buy one of her listings.
Chrissy is a lifelong resident of South Jersey and loves her tight knit community of Linwood. She has been selling real estate for over 10 years, specializing in Atlantic and Cape May County. Buyers and Sellers seek out her knowledge of the marketplace, which is only eclipsed by a tireless work ethic, excellent communication skills and her friendly empathetic nature. When Chrissy is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids at the beach, sporting events or going for bike rides.
Lauren is a true native of Ocean City and has never left the South Jersey Shore because she truly believes that the Jersey Shore is the best kept secret in the World! After a career in the restaurants, Lauren stumbled upon working in the real estate business 8 years ago and has been hooked since. Lauren has successfully been involved in over 1000 properties sold.
